Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will have 7 days to send the item(s) back once your return is approved. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and you must provide proof of postage. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged, or
- You received the wrong item.
We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
No refunds or exchanges are available on sale items, gift cards, or earrings, due to hygiene and safety reasons. This ensures all earrings sold are brand new and unworn, maintaining health and safety standards.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be returned in the same condition you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- You’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
